There is plenty to see and do within the Whitsunday region<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Whitsunday region encompasses Bowen to the north, Conway Beach to the south, Mount Coolon to the west and of course the beautiful Whitsunday Islands to the east. The Ngaro, Gia, Juru, Jangga and Birriah groups of traditional owners occupied the region and there are significant sites that are found within the area following the 50,000+ years of their occupation.              <\/p>\n
