Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The person making the booking must be 18 years or older.
Deposit Policy
1 nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Balance payable upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 7 days of your arrival will incur no charge. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival the deposit paid will be not be refunded.
No Show Policy
If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up to the Camp, the deposit will be kept and no refund will be given.
Child Policy
Children under 5 years of age stay free, and anyone over 16 will be charged as an adult.
Check-in Policy
Check-In start after 2pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please contact reception to arrange and confirm.
Other Policy
1) Camp Sites permits 1 car & 1 of the following (caravan, trailer, boat, tent).
2) Children under 12 years of age MUST be supervised at all times.
3) No smoking in and around any camp buildings, amenity blocks, BBQ areas, communal areas and sporting areas.
4) All camp fires must be approved by the Camp Management, they must be kept well supervised, kept small and extinguished on leaving.
5) We are a pet friendly park, but all pets must be approved by Camp Management.
6) Day visitors are welcome at the Camp but they must be signed into reception.
7) Noise be kept to a minimum after 9pm.
8) By visiting Camp Kanga you accept the rules and conditions listed above. The Camp Managers reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any booking made if in their opinion these rules and conditions are not adhered to/or behavior is offensive or detrimental to the comfort or welfare of other guests
