Camp Kanga is situated close to Lake Proserpine 21km from Proserpine in North Queensland, Australia and is an approximate 45 minute drive from Airlie Beach, Shute Harbour and the Whitsunday Islands. Lake Proserpine activities include, barramundi fishing, water skiing and canoeing.
Managed by Lions District 201Q2, Camp Kanga offers endless fun and activities for groups, school camps, community camps, holidaymakers and fishermen. Set on 4.7 hectares of natural bushland that attracts a wide variety of flora and fauna it is also an important habitat of the Proserpine Rock Wallaby.
Camp facilities include a large commercial kitchen, BBQ Area, meeting hall, rooms with wheelchair access, indoor and outdoor recreation facilities. Our on-site mangers, are available at all times to ensure your camp runs smoothly.
