Check In : After 2pm unless management has authorized an earlier arrival time. Late arrivals must contact the office well in advance to arrange gate entry, receipt of Welcome Letter, Map and Keys

Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The person making the booking must be 18 years or older.
Minimum Stay
During Public Holidays and Long Weekends the minimum stay is 3 nights
Deposit Policy
One night’s accommodation charge will be deducted from the given credit card provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Balance payable upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 7 days of your arrival will incur no charge. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date the one nights fee will be charged but over a public holiday, late cancellation under 7 days will be liable to pay the whole booking charge!
No Show Policy
If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up to the Camp, the deposit will be kept and no refund will be given. If no deposit was deducted, one night’s charges will be deducted from the credit card provided.
Child Policy
Children under 5 years of age stay free, and anyone over 16 will be charged as an adult.
Check-in Policy
Check-In start after 2pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please contact reception to arrange and confirm.
Other Policy
1) Camp Sites permits 1 car & 1 of the following (caravan, trailer, boat, tent).
2) Children under 12 years of age MUST be supervised at all times.
3) No smoking in and around any camp buildings, amenity blocks, BBQ areas, communal areas and sporting areas.
4) Guests may use the 2 communal firepits provided. They must seek permission from management and learn the conditions of use.
5) We are a pet friendly park, but all pets must be approved by Camp Management.
6) Day visitors of guests already in the park are welcome at the Camp but they must be signed into reception.
7) Noise be kept to a minimum after 9pm.

9) By visiting Camp Kanga you accept the rules and conditions listed above. The Camp Managers reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any booking made if in their opinion that these rules and conditions are not being adhered to/or behavior is offensive or detrimental to the comfort or welfare of other guests.
10) We reserve the right to adjust prices/rates/fees at anytime.
